The Infrared360 product is an ENTERPRISE level product.
Please be sure the environment in which Infrared360 is running is a CURRENTLY supported Environment.
Compatible vendor database versions at a minimum: i.e. SQL server 2019, Oracle 18/19c, IBM DB2 v11, PostreSQL v11.x (available for version IR360 6.5 & higher), MySQL v8.x
Compatible OS:
Windows Server = 2019 r2 at a minimum
RedHat Linux = REL 8 at a minimum
JVMemory = 4 GB instance at a minimum.
The current version of Infrared360 is 7.0.1.6
Version 5.9.1.x is NO longer supported.
